Clean your hands regularly by rubbing them with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer or by washing them with soap and water, as this would kill the viruses that may be on your hands.

Keep a distance of at least one meter between you and anyone who coughs or sneezes, because when a person coughs or sneezes, sprinkles from his nose or mouth are small liquid droplets that may contain the virus. If you are very close to it, you can breathe these droplets, including the virus that causes Covid-19, if the person has it.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth, because if the hands become infected, they may transfer the virus to the eyes, nose, or mouth. The virus can enter the body through these outlets and make you sick.

Stay home if you feel sick, if you have a fever, cough, and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention and contact your caregiver before you go. Follow the directions of the local health authorities.
